IMEG Corp in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Mechanical Engineering New Graduate to join our ESOP-owned team and start hands-on design, analysis, and project execution from day one. You will work on HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for housing, multifamily, commercial, and retail projects, collaborating with engineers, architects, and PMs while learning IMEG standards and safety practices.

Formación

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Strong technical and analytical skills for thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics in building systems.
• Familiarity with HVAC load calculations and standard engineering tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in designing and analyzing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems to meet codes and IMEG standards.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and communicate technical information.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation to meet deadlines.
• Document design decisions and monitor progress with senior engineers.
