Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering degree required from an ABET-accredited program.
• 0–3 years professional Mechanical Engineering experience.
• EIT Certification preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with CAD, Revit, Bluebeam Revu, or other Mechanical system modeling/drafting software is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement designs as directed by senior designers and engineers.
• Collaborate with technical staff to design and detail new systems, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and adherence to quality assurance measures.
• Participate in on‑site observations, information gathering, and interactions with clients and contractors during both the design and construction phases.
• Design mechanical and HVAC systems following written and verbal directions from senior designers or engineers.
• Coordinate designs with other disciplines to ensure constructability and maintainability of engineered systems.
