The Building People, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Maximo Junior Configuration Specialist to support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our IBM Maximo asset management ecosystem.

This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a foundational understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and system configuration who is eager to rapidly develop deep expertise in IBM Maximo.

Qualifications

• Early-career professional with foundational understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
• Desire to rapidly develop deep IBM Maximo expertise.
• Ability to work with senior administrators and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support IBM Maximo Asset Management (v7.6.x) and MAS 9.
• Utilize configuration tools to implement system enhancements and ensure standards.
• Perform unit testing and validation for configurations and patches.
• Troubleshoot configuration defects and document changes.
• Assist with data imports/exports and data cleansing using MIF or MX Loader.
• Support report development and data analysis using Maximo tools and SQL.
• Adhere to IT governance, change management, and security procedures.
