Job summary

Touro University is seeking a Junior Project Manager for Marketing & Communications to ensure timely execution of projects across digital, print, branding, and publications. You will partner with the Executive Director and the marketing team to align priorities and workflows.

The role requires organizing stakeholders, managing scopes, timelines, and budgets, and maintaining dashboards. Strong communication, confidentiality, and adaptability are essential as priorities shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, administrative support, marketing operations, or a related field.
• Experience with BaseCamp or a similar workflow tool.
• Experience in higher education, nonprofit organizations, or marketing/communications teams.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project scope, timelines, workflows, and deliverables for marketing initiatives.
• Serve as central point of coordination among project teams, internal clients, stakeholders, designers, writers, and external vendors.
• Identify bottlenecks and operational challenges, evaluate solutions, and recommend improvements.
• Track deadlines, deliverables, approvals, and competing priorities to keep projects on schedule.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project documentation, schedules, and workflows.
• Maintain dashboards and status reports for leadership updates.
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Director of Marketing & Communications.
• Assist with budget tracking and vendor invoices.
