Job summary

The Junior Project Manager for Marketing & Communications at Touro University coordinates cross-campus marketing initiatives, ensuring timely, efficient execution across digital, print, branding and publications. You will partner with the Executive Director of Marketing & Communications and internal teams to manage scopes, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities include creating schedules, maintaining dashboards, tracking deliverables, and ensuring brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, administrative support, marketing operations, or a related field.
• Experience with BaseCamp or a similar platform.
• Experience in higher education, nonprofit organizations, or marketing/communications teams.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud or similar systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project scope, timelines, workflows, and deliverables for marketing initiatives.
• Serve as central point of coordination among project teams, internal clients, stakeholders, designers, writers, and external vendors.
• Identify bottlenecks, evaluate solutions, and recommend improvements to boost productivity.
• Track deadlines, deliverables, approvals, and priorities to keep projects on schedule.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, production schedules, and workflows.
• Maintain dashboards and status reports for leadership updates.
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Director of Marketing & Communications.
• Oversee internal communication to support departmental priorities and initiatives.
