Sallie Mae is seeking a Marketing Cloud Specialist (Junior) to support multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development, content creation, and campaign automation with a team of professionals.

You will work to implement personalized communications (email, SMS, push) and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business requirements. Preference is given to applicants within 1 hour of an office location.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Primary requirement for this role includes demonstrable knowledge and experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Email, SMS and Push notification implementation experience required.
• Proven experience (X years) working as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or similar role.
• Strong content creation skills with experience in developing engaging marketing content across various digital channels.
• Proficiency in marketing automation principles and best practices, with hands-on experience in building and managing workflows and customer journeys.
• Experience in developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement data integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems using Data Sync, Data Cloud, or other ETL tools.
• Familiarity with Financial Service Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as AMPscript and SQL for customization and personalization of marketing communications.
