Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years of financial experience.
• Familiar with accounting processes, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work on many different projects at one time.
• Excellent Microsoft Office experience.
• SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• New job setup in SAP and job folder setup.
• Assisting with Accounts Payable in SAP.
• Administer contract billing in SAP.
• Assist in the month-end close process and assist Accounting Manager in creating timely financial statements.
• Understand job costing reports from SAP.
• UKG (Kronos) bi-weekly hourly timesheet review.
• Other administrative and accounting projects, as needed.
