Boosta's Inspirio project seeks a Junior Manual QA for mobile apps, working on iOS/Android and web platforms.

You will run builds, document defects, and help improve test cases while collaborating daily with developers and PMs. Remote work option and flexible schedule are available.

We are currently looking for a **Junior Manual QA (Mobile Apps)**to join Inspirio , a project focused on the fast launch, development, and scaling of mobile applications.

Your focus will include:

• Testing mobile apps (iOS, Android) and web projects: running builds and releases through an approved checklist.
• Finding and documenting defects, re-testing fixes.
• Helping improve the team’s test cases and checklists.
• Daily collaboration with mobile and web developers and PMs: clarifying requirements, reporting blockers and risks.
• Planning your own time, tracking actual and estimated time on tasks.
• Using AI tools and building your own to speed up routine tasks.

You’re our ideal candidate if you:

• Testing fundamentals: test cases, checklists, equivalence classes, boundary values.
• Basic experience testing mobile apps on iOS and Android and web projects (educational and pet projects count).
• Writing clear bug reports: steps, actual and expected results, severity, video or screenshot.
• Using AI tools in work or study, understanding where they save time and where they make mistakes.
• Jira or a similar task tracking system.
• English sufficient to read documentation.

Nice to have:

• Understanding how the web works: client and server, HTTP requests and responses, status codes, cookies, HTML and CSS basics.
• Building your own AI tools or scripts to automate routine tasks, even small ones.
• Understanding the difference between native and cross-platform apps and how it affects testing.
• Finding and reading logs (Xcode console, Logcat, browser console).
• Browser DevTools: Console, Network tab.
• Knowing different ways to get a build onto a device or simulator.
• Test management systems, Postman, Charles.
