Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED is required.
• 1-2 years of maintenance/repair experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Must have a valid state driver's license.
• Ability to operate hydraulic, pneumatic equipment, presses, cordless drills, clamps safely.
• Ability to read basic machine schematics with minimal guidance.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Willing to learn and work with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance tasks and scheduled PMs as directed.
• Inspects, repairs, and maintains mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Adheres to OSHA requirements in daily activities.
• Shares information with supervisor and team in an understandable manner.
• Exhibits strong troubleshooting skills.
• Reads and interprets basic machine schematics with little guidance.
• Organizes parts and materials in proper locations.
• Lifts and moves up to 50 lbs unassisted; up to 20 lbs frequently.
• Demonstrates teamwork and willingness to learn; collaborates with other departments.
• Other duties as assigned.
