You will learn preventive maintenance, assist with repairs, and help ensure safety while minimizing downtime. Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop industrial maintenance skills.
• Experience in a hands-on maintenance or manufacturing setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Support maintenance team in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
• Assist with repairs and replacement of motors, pumps, belts and related components.
• Learn to identify equipment malfunctions and communicate issues to the team.
• Assist with inspection of pneumatic systems and general facility maintenance.
• Support equipment installations, adjustments, and repairs under supervision.
• Help maintain inventory of maintenance tools and replacement parts.
• Follow safety procedures when working with machinery and tools.
