El Car Wash is seeking a Car Wash Associate to set the tone on arrival, greet customers with confidence, and guide their experience. You will help maintain a clean, safe lot and ensure vehicles meet quality standards on departure.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather, on your feet for full shifts.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with focus and quality.
• Clear, warm communication to welcome and guide customers.
• Availability on weekends and holidays is required.
• Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs.
• Customer service experience or outdoor work background is a plus, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Keep the lot clean, organized, safe, and ready for operations.
• Inspect vehicles for quality and sunshine standards with pride.

• Collaborate with Tunnel Operators and leaders to maintain smooth operations.
• Keep towels, supplies stocked, and the site running behind the scenes.
