Job summary

You will read blueprints, perform basic machining math, measure parts with precision tools, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards. No prior machining experience required; manufacturing background is a plus. We provide training and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate in English with ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to perform basic machining math within 180 days.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and work instructions within 180 days.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Operates machines and tools with a trainer while using PPE.
• Produces and inspects production parts to blueprints or standard work instructions.
• Completes required documentation to comply with policies and procedures.
• Maintains safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Performs routine TPM including lubrication and cleaning of equipment.
• Routes parts using material handling equipment.
• Participates in continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
