Job summary

Wabash is seeking a Machine Operator to set up and operate a production machine, read blueprints, adjust settings, and produce parts to specification. You will work on the shop floor with focus on quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers on-site employment in a manufacturing facility with training provided. You will perform routine maintenance, document labor data, and follow OSHA guidelines while contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Familiar with blueprints and procedures.
• Ability to read/write basic notes and data.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Basic reading/writing/ verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates and sets up production equipment safely.
• Reads blueprints and work orders to meet tolerances.
• Performs routine maintenance as required.
• Ensures parts meet specifications and records labor data.
• Maintains clean, organized work environment.
• Supports quality improvements and cost reduction.
• Complies with OSHA standards.
• Performs other duties as needed.
