Job summary

AeroVironment is seeking an Integration Engineer/Manager to support MDS testing in a distributed HWIL environment, including GT/FT events and CDI activities. You will interface with MDS element contacts, coordinate DES-I teams, and draft end-of-day reports for event progress.

The role requires a DoD Secret Clearance, a STEM degree, and the ability to travel up to 25%. You will support scheduling, resource coordination, and Change Requests in a fast-paced test environment.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Experience with M&S integration and distributed HWIL simulations is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate test events and travel as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of M&S framework integration for GT/FT events.
• Represent DES-I at GT/FT events and coordinate with DT MTD.
• Draft End-of-Day reports to keep DES community informed.
• Coordinate communications between labs supporting CDI, GT and FT events.
• Draft PERSTAT reports and manage travel prerequisites.
• Assist with scheduling test resources and meetings.
• Occasionally work nights and weekends to meet schedules.
