Job summary

Crossflow Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Software Integration Engineer (Mid-Senior) to support the Missile Defense Agency's MDS HWIL simulations, ground tests, and flight test support.

The role involves configuring OSF systems, performing integration, and documenting results for mission-critical test events. Candidates should have a BS in engineering/science, 5–7 years of relevant experience, and experience with test plans and DoD-like environments; a SECRET clearance is

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science from an accredited university.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in modeling, simulation, or defense software integration.
• Experience with DoD-style testing and verification.
• Familiarity with OSF, GST, BMDS components and related tools.
• Ability to travel up to 25–30% and work occasional nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support integration, testing, and operation of HWIL simulation environments for Ground Tests and Flight Tests.
• Install, configure, and test OSF systems per program requirements.
• Analyze architecture performance and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Evaluate network traffic and ensure robust connections.
• Document configurations, procedures, and results; generate reports.
• Collaborate with teams for mission planning and post-event analysis.
