Qualifications

• Nebraska bar admission or eligibility for admission.
• J.D. from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.

Responsibilities

• Support senior attorneys in all phases of M&A and investment transactions.
• Conduct due diligence reviews and summarize findings for deal teams.
• Prepare initial drafts of transactional documents under attorney supervision.
• Perform legal research on regulatory, corporate governance, and antitrust considerations.
• Analyze legal and business risks in transactional matters and prepare research memoranda.
• Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing deal team.
