You will manage 20–25 matters, take depositions, draft pleadings, perform legal research, and report to insurance carrier clients. The firm offers hybrid work, bonuses up to $2,000/month, student debt repayment, parental leave, and global mobility.

Qualifications

• J.D. required.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Experience taking depositions required.
• Excellent academic credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 20-25 matters.
• Take depositions, attending hearings, and mediations as required.
• Draft and submit pleadings, motions and briefs.
• Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis.
• Draft discovery requests and discovery responses.
• Review and analyze documents and materials for production.
• Actively investigate claims and prepare case handling strategies.
• Actively and effectively report to our insurance carrier clients and insureds.
• Prepare cases for trial/mediation and participate in trial/mediation
