• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission or pending (VA waiver-in path).
• 1–3 years of litigation experience (class of 2023–2025).
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in Alexandria, VA (DC metro area).
• Federal clerkship (district or circuit court).

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Assist senior attorneys with case strategy and preparation.
• Manage and organize case files and documents.
• Other duties as assigned.
