You will work with a team of experienced Law Enforcement Defense litigators representing agencies and officers in various matters, including officer-involved shootings and civil rights cases.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of litigation experience or related clerkship.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Interest in constitutional law and civil rights.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Admission to the State Bar of California or pending results with expectation of admission.

Responsibilities

• Assist in representing clients in officer-involved shootings and excessive force cases.
• Engage in complex constitutional and civil rights litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Participate in all stages of litigation, including depositions and trial advocacy.
