Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Los Angeles seeks a lateral associate for its Litigation Group focusing on employment matters. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of employment-law experience in a law firm and be on the management side of employment matters.

Prior government experience in employment-law enforcement is a plus. JD from an accredited school and active California Bar membership are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft employment and separation agreements.
• Advise on terminations and restrictive covenants.
• Conduct workplace investigations and manage reductions in force.
• Prepare employer handbooks and perform employment diligence for transactions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws.
