• The role has a hybrid office requirement of two in-person days per week in the DTLA office, with the remainder available for remote work if desired.
• Preferred civil litigation experience includes: jury trials (including witness examination in civil or criminal cases), taking and defending depositions, requesting and responding to written discovery, preparing discovery motions and associated meet-and-confer, drafting dispositive motions and/or appeals, conducting oral arguments, and experience with case handling/management and client retention.
• Experience with police/civil rights and/or jail/prison cases is preferred, but not required.
