Qualifications

• CAM license or equivalent certification required by Florida is listed in minimum qualifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Basic knowledge of property management principles and community association operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of community associations and communicate with residents and board members.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, and monitoring association expenses.
• Coordinate and oversee vendor contracts and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
• Help enforce community rules and regulations and address resident inquiries professionally.
• Prepare and maintain records, reports, and meeting minutes to support board decisions and compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
