Responsibilities

• Assists borrowers with credit needs and formulates credit solutions.
• Makes and services loans within delegated authority; conveys decisions on approval and pricing.
• Gains understanding of credit analysis by reviewing borrower financials and maintaining data.
• Ensures loans are properly risk rated and loss given defaults are accurate.
• Complies with credit administration practices per policies.
• Collaborates with appraisers to obtain compliant evaluations.
• Performs loan servicing tasks including amendments, extensions, and conversions.
• Monitors loan portfolio conditions and reports as needed.
