Job summary

Local Louisiana Community Bank is seeking a Loan Operations Manager to oversee loan processing, servicing, escrow management, collateral documentation, loan review, and regulatory compliance. This executive role requires supervision experience and a focus on operational excellence.

You will lead the Loan Operations team, ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence, partner with lending officers, and deliver outstanding service to internal and external customers while driving efficiency and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in loan operations, loan servicing, or credit administration within banking.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Loan Operations staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee loan processing, servicing, escrow management, and review workflows.
• Ensure timely boarding, payments posting, payoff processing, and escrow disbursements.
• Maintain procedures for FDIC/OCC/CFPB and other regulatory exam readiness.
• Develop reports and dashboards for executive management.
