Placements24 seeks a Junior Legal Advisor for in-house counsel team in Welkom, SA. You will draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, support business units and assist with due diligence, under senior lawyers.

Hybrid work schedule with training, mentorship and exposure to a broad range of commercial matters. Requires SA admission, LLB and 0–3 years’ experience in contract law; strong drafting and communication skills; willing to commute to Welkom when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney or admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa.
• Law degree (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
• 0-3 years of post-qualification experience in commercial law or contract law.
