Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience focusing on contract law and commercial agreements.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent understanding of general commercial law principles.
• Ability to provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice.
• Proven ability to manage multiple contract negotiations simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Experience within an industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus.
