Responsibilities

• Apply lean manufacturing methodologies to improve production processes.
• Develop and implement manufacturing systems including Kanban, 5S, SPC.
• Plan and implement new sewing lines with optimal layouts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost reduction and automation projects.
• Prepare and maintain process layouts and related documentation.
