Job summary

Absolute Business Solutions Corp. seeks a Junior Language-Enabled OSINT Collector to conduct OSINT collection on foreign sources using MAS and OSINT tools. You will create collection plans, draft OSIRs, and support analytic production requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, IC experience, language capability in required languages, and ILR/DLTP certification readiness. TS/SCI clearance or CIP readiness is noted for the program. Excellent English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the labor category from an accredited college or university.
• Intelligence Community experience required.
• 3–7 years of OSINT collection, research, and analysis, with recent experience.
• Must be language-enabled (Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, OR as required).
• Must pass and maintain ILR/DLTP language certification (2,2,1 for Mids; 3,3,2 for Seniors).
• English comprehension – Read/listen at 3+ level, Write at 3 or higher (ILR).
• Contract staff (non-native) must pass an English competency test (TOEFL).

Responsibilities

• Conduct OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements.
• Create collection plans, draft OSIRs, and support OSINT analytic production requirements.
• Contribute to OSIR quality reviews and language-based insights and expertise.
• Ensure all reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements.
