Job summary

LIS Solutions seeks a Mid-Level Language-Enabled OSINT Collector to join our defense intelligence team in Reston, VA. You will conduct OSINT collection, create reports, and support analytic production requirements to meet DIA standards.

The ideal candidate has TS/SCI clearance, 8+ years of relevant experience, and language proficiency in one or more languages. ILR/DLTP certification within 12 months is expected.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass a CI poly administered by the customer prior to start.
• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
• Intelligence Community Experience required
• 8+ years of experience conducting OSINT collection, research, and analysis, and reporting, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
• Must be language-enabled (Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, OR as required)
• Must be able to pass (within 12 months) and maintain an ILR or DLTP language certification test
• English comprehension – Read and Listen at a 3+ level, and Write at a 3 or higher (on the ILR scale)
• Contract staff (non-native) must pass an English competency test (e.g., TOEFL)

Responsibilities

• Conduits OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements
• Creates collection plans, drafts Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and supports OSINT analytic production requirements
• Contributes to OSIR quality reviews and language-based insights and expertise
• Ensures all reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements
