Mariani Enterprises, LLC in Venice, FL is seeking a motivated Junior Estimator to support our Landscape Design division. This role blends estimation, design interpretation, and material sourcing to help win projects across South Florida.

The ideal candidate will review CAD plans, estimate costs, and coordinate with Designers and vendors to prepare accurate proposals. Proficiency in Aspire, Adobe, Outlook, and Excel is preferred, with 1–3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of estimating, construction, landscape, or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Familiarity with plant materials commonly used in South Florida landscapes.
• Proficiency in Adobe, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience with Aspire software (preferred) or willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and take off from CAD plans/drawings.
• Assist with estimating costs for landscape design projects.
• Apply knowledge of South Florida plant material.
• Utilize software such as Adobe or Aspire, Outlook, Excel to support project estimating.
• Support proposal development by discussing project needs with Designers and preparing detailed estimates.
• Source and price materials in coordination with the Designer.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to procure quotes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate proposals.
