Job summary

BeaconFire Inc. is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer with AI integration to build scalable, production-ready Spring Boot microservices.

You will design and implement high-performance web services, develop intelligent tool-using agents, and work confidently with cloud-native architectures and databases. You will own the development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and optimization, and contribute to documentation, CI/CD, and observability practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with one or more OOP languages, especially Java, C++, C#, or similar.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Familiarity with relational databases and basic SQL queries.
• Experience with microservices architecture and Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM concepts; Spring AI or LangChain4j is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable web applications using Java 8/17, Spring Boot, SQL, NoSQL, Kafka.
• Write clean, efficient code and ensure maintainability and reusability.
• Conduct testing to ensure reliability and performance.
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
• Own the full development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for APIs and applications.
• Ship to production with CI/CD, monitoring, cost/performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest Java technologies.
