Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–3 years of consulting experience within designated function.
• 1–4 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, PMO support, consulting, quality assurance, audit, or technology project environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in ensuring that the project is delivered to specifications, on time and within budget.
• Maintain work plan documents with management and work groups.
• Facilitate meetings or interviews with customers, clients, and teammates.
• Prepare findings and reports documenting analyses.
• Participate in client meetings and strengthen client relationships.
• Aim to exceed client satisfaction metrics.
• Adhere to Maximus policies and contract requirements.
• Attend division and corporate meetings as requested.
