KNAPP North America in Kennesaw, GA is seeking an entry-level IT Support specialist to handle basic computer setup and troubleshooting for our office environment.

You will aid new hires with PCs, printers, and mobile devices, perform light network tasks, and help keep Windows 10/11, Office, and Teams running smoothly. Strong communication and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

What You Get To Do

• Responsible for basic computer setup and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams
• Some basic knowledge of networking, including Wi-Fi, is plus.
• Set up computers for new hires and other employees and help them with basic tasks such as setting up printers, and software
• Help users with Android and iPhone setup and troubleshooting.
• Occasionally running data cables, such as Cat6.

What You Have
