Wind Creek Chicago Southland is looking for an IT Technician I to assist in providing technical support for application systems including Gaming, Point of Sale, and more. The role involves troubleshooting issues and maintaining security protocols.

Applicants must have a High School diploma or GED, be 21 or older, and have technical knowledge of software and hardware. A+ Certification is preferred. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage with additional benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on various application systems.

• Assist with software and hardware installation/upgrades.
• Troubleshoot user problems with application software and hardware.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
