Job summary

Wind Creek Chicago Southland is seeking an AV Technician II to maintain, set up and operate all AV equipment within the property. You will guide guests and staff on equipment availability, costs, usage policies, and procedures related to the AV department.

The role requires a valid CTS certification, 3+ years of AV experience, and the ability to travel as needed. Overtime and nights/weekends may be required as part of a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have CTS certification.
• Minimum of three years audio/video experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot digital and analog AV systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain AV equipment.
• Assist guests with AV equipment and policies.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Set up concert sound and lighting systems as needed.
• Troubleshoot hotel cable and satellite TV systems.
