Job summary

Wind Creek in Chicago is looking for an IT Technician I to assist the IT team with technical and end-user support across various applications, including Gaming and Point of Sale systems.

The ideal candidate must have a High School diploma or GED, potentially hold an A+ Certification, and be committed to outstanding customer service. Compensation is between $20.30 and $25.05 per hour based on qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to work odd hours including nights and weekends.
• Must have an Occupational License per Illinois Gaming Act.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT team with technical support on application systems.
• Troubleshoot user problems and maintain security procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
