Anders is seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst in the United States to help triage incoming tickets, assist with IT requests, and support Conference Room tech across hybrid work locations (Chesterfield, Downtown St. Louis, and remote).

The role emphasizes customer service, proactive problem solving, and documentation in a ticketing system. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (tech/college degree preferred) and a mindset to learn and grow within a fast-growing accounting firm.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming tickets and be the first contact for requests.
• Assist with IT requests and project support activities as needed.
• Scheduling and coordination of tickets.
• Champion Conference Room technology including Audio/Video Conferencing.
• Respond to incoming requests promptly and courteously.
• Prioritize requests according to criticality.
• Identify timely and accurate solutions to technical issues.
• Provide initial help desk support (remote and on-site) including hardware, software, and office equipment.
• Document all support activities in ticket tracking database.
• Inventory management of technology assets.
• Assist with Employee account maintenance.
• Deployment of equipment.
• Create and update documentation.

Job description

The IT Department of one of the fastest-growing accounting firms in the country is seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst who is motivated to learn, excited to collaborate and passionate about delivering outstanding results. This individual will have a direct impact on our firm's mission of serving as a catalyst for those striving to achieve their highest potential.

In this role, you will focus on incoming service requests, troubleshooting various hardware/software issues, installation of new hardware, and documentation of completed work in a ticketing system. You will work collaboratively with other members of the IT team to ensure tickets are being resolved within acceptable timelines.

What You'll Do:

• Triage incoming tickets and be the first contact for requests.
• Assist with IT requests and project support activities as needed.
• Scheduling and coordination of tickets.

Salary Range: $45,000 — $52,000 USD
