Job summary

Yusen Logistics (Americas) is seeking a Reporting Analyst I in Jacksonville, FL to design, implement, and maintain SSRS reports, warehouse labels, and document routing for the WMS. You will work under guidance to deliver accurate operational data and support label printing across sites.

The role requires SQL proficiency, experience with SSRS, and familiarity with Agile practices and Git for version control. Growth toward full ownership is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1+ years in report development, data analysis, or SQL development or demonstrable project experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server preferred).
• Experience developing reports in SSRS or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, backlog, and sprint ceremonies.
• Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, and maintain SSRS reports and datasets.
• Develop and maintain warehouse labels and document routing configurations within the WMS.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Maintain report/label infrastructure, including scheduling and delivery.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and resolve data discrepancies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage work items with clear acceptance criteria.
• Use Git or equivalent for version control across environments.
• Support UAT and go-lives by validating outputs and documenting fixes.
• Assist with administration of reporting-related server applications and learn data sources.
