Job summary

Yusen Logistics Americas Inc. is seeking an IT Reporting Analyst I to join the IT team in Grapevine, TX. You will develop, maintain, and support SSRS reports, warehouse labels, and document routing configurations for the Manhattan SCALE WMS, under guidance from a senior analyst.

As a junior member, you will expand toward full ownership of the reporting and label environment, collaborating with warehouse ops, management, and customers, while upholding confidentiality and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1+ years of report development, data analysis, SQL development, or similar.
• Strong SQL skills with SQL Server; multi-table joins and stored procedures.
• Experience with SSRS or a comparable report development tool.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Git workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, and maintain reports using SSRS (RDL), datasets, and stored procedures.
• Develop and maintain warehouse labels and document routing configurations within the WMS.
• Write, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Provide ongoing maintenance for reporting and label infrastructure; schedule deliveries and subscriptions.
• Gather requirements from business users; test deliverables and resolve data discrepancies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage work through Azure DevOps with clear acceptance criteria.
• Use Git or equivalent version control to manage source files across DEV, QA, UAT, and production.
• Support UAT and customer go-lives by validating outputs and documenting fixes.
• Assist with administration of reporting-related server apps and grow towards SME in data sources.
• Monitor stability and performance of reporting environment and propose improvements.
