Job summary

Yusen Logistics Americas Inc. is seeking an IT Reporting Analyst I to develop, maintain, and support reports, labels, and business documents for warehouse operations and customers.

You will work under a senior analyst, focusing on SSRS reports, warehouse labels, and routing configurations within the Manhattan SCALE WMS. You will collaborate with business users and project teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, and manage work items in Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 1+ years in report development, data analysis, SQL development, or related function.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server preferred).
• Experience developing reports in SSRS or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and backlog-driven work.
• Familiarity with Git or another version control system.
• Experience gathering requirements and testing deliverables.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• High proficiency in standard office applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, and maintain SSRS reports (RDL, datasets, parameters, stored procedures).
• Develop and maintain warehouse labels and document routing configurations within the WMS.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for reports and labels.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, scheduling, and delivery of reports/labels.
• Collaborate with users and teams to gather requirements and validate outputs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage work items in Azure DevOps.
• Use Git for source control across DEV, QA, UAT, and production environments.
• Support UAT and go-lives by validating outputs and documenting fixes.
• Develop understanding of data sources and relationships; assist with server applications.
