Job summary

Apex Systems, LLC is seeking an IT Project Manager (Junior) in Bothell to support enterprise-level projects and PMO activities. The role focuses on preparing recurring project reports, dashboards, and metrics while coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, PMO Analyst, Business Analyst, or Junior Project Manager role.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level projects, PMO functions, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting software implementation programs is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to SAP, ERP systems, or large-scale technology implementations is a plus.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong documentation, coordination, and task management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and project leadership.
• Strong meeting facilitation, note-taking, and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of invoice processing, budget tracking, and cost management.
• Ability to reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
• Experience supporting purchase orders, contracts, or project budgets is preferred.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or other ERP implementation programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring project reports, dashboards, presentations, and metrics.
• Support governance meetings and leadership review preparations.
• Track and communicate project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Maintain project records to support compliance, audit, and governance requirements.
• Enable project leadership to make informed decisions through effective coordination, communication, and reporting.
