Qualifications

• High school diploma or two years of progressively responsible project Admin/Coordination/Management experience.
• Minimum of one year in an Inside Project Manager capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
• Advanced Excel skill set preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service and support by communicating well with clients, developing client relationships, understanding customer needs and expectations, and maintaining a professional image.
• Manages assigned projects by maximizing productivity, tracking time, keeping management informed, and coordinating with client and staff.
• Facilitates communications with vendors and customers for installation readiness per the Statement of Work.
• Maintains and updates project databases and creates status reports for vendors and customers.
• Participates in weekly project meetings and reviews subcontractor invoices for accuracy and payment.
• Reviews employee timecards and ensures project timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinates missing components of shipments, reports incidents, and ensures proper project closure and billing.
• Communicates project status with supervisors and subcontractors, and handles department paperwork and deadlines.
• Adheres to company policies and maintains a positive, cooperative attitude.
