Job summary

eBryIT, Inc. in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Junior Program Manager to oversee off-site management and administration of field installation projects under supervision, coordinating with vendors and customer project staff to ensure a high customer experience.

Responsibilities include client communication, status reporting, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring timely project closure, with opportunities to develop basic skills and advance in the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or two years of progressively responsible project admin/coordination/management experience.
• Minimum of one year in an Inside Project Manager capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service and support by communicating well with clients; developing client relationships; understanding customer needs and expectations.
• Manages assigned projects by optimizing time and productivity; tracks progress; coordinates with client and internal staff; maintains project records and escalations.
• Facilitates communications with vendors and customers for installation readiness per the Statement of Work.
• Maintains accuracy and updates current project databases; creates status reports for vendor and customer.
• Participates in weekly project meetings; reviews subcontractor invoices for accuracy and payment; reviews employee timecards for accuracy and payment.
• Ensures projects meet timelines and stay within budget; tracks missing components and reports incidents.
