Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in IT project management.
• Experience in disaster recovery, cloud resiliency, or related.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, and tracking metrics.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, reviews, and governance forums.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate disaster recovery testing for multiple cloud-hosted applications, ensuring testing activities are planned, scheduled, executed, and documented.
• Partner with application owners, cloud engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, business continuity, and stakeholders to establish testing scope, objectives, recovery scenarios, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain integrated testing schedules, project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and remediation tracking.
• Facilitate test planning meetings, readiness reviews, test execution bridges, post-test reviews, and governance forums.
• Coordinate recovery validation activities and ensure achievement of established RTO, RPO, and resiliency objectives.
