• Foundational cloud concepts (AWS, Azure) and ability to speak the language of cloud engineers and app owners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across distributed teams and leadership.
• Thrives in fast-paced, repetitive testing cycles with emphasis on data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end disaster recovery testing cycles for 20–30 cloud applications.
• Coordinate with application owners, cloud engineering, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams.
• Lead test planning meetings and readiness reviews; drive execution and post-test reviews.
• Collect testing evidence, maintain documentation quality, and track action plans for compliance.
• Maintain an accurate application inventory, metrics, and program dashboards.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and manage dependencies across cycles.
