Job summary

PSI Pax, Inc. is seeking a Junior Project Management Analyst to support data-driven projects in a DoD-focused environment. The role emphasizes analytics, collaboration with senior staff, and compliance with guidelines.

You will utilize PowerBI, Qlik, SharePoint, and Power Apps to deliver division tools and participate in agile product deployments while supporting document repositories.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of related experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize data to provide meaningful information to various teams
• Active secret security clearance
• Office 365 tool

Responsibilities

• Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns
• Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations
• Analyze or recommend commercially-available software
• Support and guide junior staff and collaborate with senior team members in applying analytical techniques and methodologies to enhance project outcomes
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and processes
• Support data calls as necessary
• Utilize tools such as PowerBI, Qlik, SharePoint, Power Apps, Advana, CORAS, and Foundry to deliver division tools
• Utilize agile methods to deploy products quickly
• Provide support to Division Document repository in SharePoint
