Job summary

PSI Pax, Inc. invites a Junior Project Management Analyst to join our team in Maryland. You will analyze data across science, engineering, and business domains to develop solutions and support senior staff in applying analytical techniques to improve project outcomes.

You will utilize tools like PowerBI, Qlik, SharePoint, and Power Apps while following agile practices to deploy products efficiently. A secret security clearance is required to perform duties for our DOD customer.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of related experience.
• Clear and effective written and spoken communication.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize data for multiple teams.
• Active secret security clearance is required.
• Experience with Office 365 tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data processing problems to develop solutions for complex applications, system administration, or network concerns.
• Perform systems management and integration to improve existing computer systems and workflows.
• Analyze or recommend commercially available software.
• Support junior staff and collaborate with senior team members to enhance project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and processes.
• Support data calls as necessary.
• Utilize PowerBI, Qlik, SharePoint, Power Apps, Advana, CORAS, and Foundry to deliver tools.
• Apply agile methods to deploy products quickly.
• Provide support to Division Document repository in SharePoint.

Project Management Analyst, Junior

Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns
• Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations
• Analyze or recommend commercially-available software
• Support and guide junior staff and collaborate with senior team members in applying analytical techniques and methodologies to enhance project outcomes
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and processes
• Support data calls as necessary
• Utilize tools such as PowerBI, Qlik, SharePoint, Power Apps, Advana, CORAS, and Foundry to deliver division tools
• Utilize agile methods to deploy products quickly
• Provide support to Division Document repository in SharePoint

Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of related experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize data to provide meaningful information to various teams and stake holders within the organization
• Active secret security clearance
• Office 365 tool

Education

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
