Job summary

Culmen International seeks Jr ISR Tactical Controllers to support Fort Bliss operations in El Paso, Texas. Regular full-time W2 position requiring Top Secret/SCI eligibility and night/weekend shift readiness.

You will join a 24-hour operations team responsible for dynamic ISR tasking, cross-cueing, and reporting; the role includes coordination with cross-organizational teams and development of operational summaries. Fort Bliss location, El Paso, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience accepted.
• ISR Tactical Controller (ITC) Graduate.
• 2+ years' experience executing tasks in a military setting.
• 2+ years' experience managing ISR tasks and assets.
• Experience in controlling multiple ISR assets within CCMD airspace.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Ability to work night and/or weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Dynamically task, control, and optimize multi-domain ISR sensors to maintain situational awareness.
• Execute cross-cueing and re-tasking of aerial, ground, and maritime assets based on PIRs and time-sensitive targets.
• Assist with daily operations center reporting, including development of operational summaries, storyboards, images, and video capturing.
• Present findings, options, and recommendations to decision makers in cross-organizational engagements.
• Be part of a 24-hour operations center and cover shifts outside business hours as required.
