Qualifikationen

• 0-2 years of experience in investment, banking, or financial operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build rapport with customers.

• Analytical judgment using data and documentation to inform decisions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Aufgaben

• Manage high-volume customer emails and operational cases
• Process ACH disputes and handle asset transfer inquiries
• Facilitate asset movement via 3210 letter requests and coordinate with Advisors
• Assist customers with funding sources and complex account inquiries
• Support Risk in investigating account unlock requests and fraud flags
• Collaborate with Team Lead and cross-functional teams to improve tools and processes
• Contribute to a positive customer experience aligned with Acorns' mission
