Position Overview
We seek an Intermediate Interior Designer with 3-5 years of experience in corporate office design to join our close-knit team of 10 professionals. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and ready to take ownership of projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support corporate office design projects through all phases—from initial concept and space planning to construction documentation and installation.
Create presentations and design documentation for tech companies, law firms, financial institutions, staffing agencies, and landlord/tenant spaces (including building-standard and high-end offices).
Select finishes, fixtures, and furniture tailored to client needs and branding.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality.
Utilize design software effectively, including AutoCAD (2018 and later), Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, Google SketchUp, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
3-5 years of professional experience in corporate interiors and space planning.
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2018 or later), InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.
